My dear Mr Ford,
May I express to you my very sincere appreciation of the kind things you have said about me and our professional work for you. I can’t tell you how much I prize all. You have been a constant benefactor to me and whatever success has been mine, is due in the largest measure to the opportunities you have afforded us and the confidence you have so abundantly placed in us. I owe you a debt, which I could not repay if I lived a hundred years more. I only hope that it may be my privilege to serve you further and enjoy your continued friendship for many years to come.
Faithfully and gratefully yours
Albert Kahn
