Located in Detroit’s New Center/Midtown North neighborhood, The Kahn is an 11-story, 320,000 square foot Art Deco masterpiece. The restoration of The Kahn included the conversion of office space into 206 studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with floor plans ranging from 530 to 1,317 sq. ft.
